Do I need to pay to try Yachtio?
No. New company registrations start a 21-day free trial automatically and no credit card details are requested.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes. Boat, guest, agency and historical booking data is transferred during onboarding. What moves and what stays in the archive is agreed together beforehand.
How long does setup take?
Core setup — company settings, boat files, tour and price definitions — usually takes a few days. Projects requiring extensive data migration or integrations are planned separately.
Can I enable only the modules I need?
Yes. The panel is modular; the modules included in your licence appear in the menu and the ones you do not use never clutter the interface.
Can my agencies access the system?
Agencies use their own Agentia panel. You decide which boats, dates and prices are visible to them.
Who owns my data?
The operational data you enter belongs to your company. On termination of the subscription you can request an export.
