1. Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Yachtio in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

The following categories of data may be processed in the course of our services:
- Identity data: name, surname and identity details that must be collected under applicable legislation.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, address.
- Customer transaction data: booking records, enquiries and complaints.
- Transaction security data: IP address, session and access logs.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the services and performing the contract
- Carrying out booking and operational processes
- Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation
- Responding to contact requests
- Ensuring information security
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions where legislation requires, and to suppliers and business partners to the extent necessary to provide the service, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages.
