Frequently asked

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. The 21-day trial starts automatically for new company registrations and no credit card details are requested. When the trial ends, a renewal notice appears in the panel.

Can I change package mid-season?

Yes. On an upgrade, limits and enabled modules update immediately; payment is calculated on the difference.

What happens if my boat count exceeds the package limit?

When the limit is reached the system will not let you add a new boat and suggests an upgrade. Your existing operation is unaffected.

Why is pricing annual?

Yacht businesses work seasonally. An annual licence keeps the system open through the low season so data accumulates without interruption.

Are setup and training included?

Setup support is included in all packages. Extensive data migration and bespoke training programmes are planned separately under services.

How to choose a package

The deciding factors are the number of boats and the size of the team. For an operator working with up to 3 boats, Starter covers the core operation. Once you need an agency network, document management and reporting, Pro fits; for fleets working across multiple locations with a wide agency network, Fleet is the right choice.
