1. Parties and Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale of software services provided remotely by Yachtio.
2. Scope of Service
The service consists of making the modules and capacity limits of the selected licence package available for the subscription period. Package contents are set out on the pricing page.
3. Fees and Payment
The licence fee is charged annually. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Once performance of the service has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, subject to the exceptions provided by legislation. A 21-day free trial is offered before the service begins.
5. Disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes.
