Guest Experience

A QR-opened boarding area, on-tour information cards, concierge requests and verified post-tour feedback.

The time between a guest stepping aboard and stepping off also determines the next booking. Through that window the guest needs easy access to information and an easy way to ask for things.

The QR code on board opens a mobile area specific to that guest: tour details, route, crew, Wi-Fi, menu and the booking voucher. After the tour ends, a verified feedback invitation is sent — a review can only come from a guest who actually took that tour.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Why are reviews "verified"?

A review can only come from a completed, confirmed booking, and one booking can produce only one review. The operator cannot delete a review; they can only reply or raise a complaint. That keeps ratings closed to manipulation.

Does the QR area show other boats’ information?

No. Each link carries a unique board code; without the code, no boat or company content is displayed.
