Most yacht reviews on the internet cannot be verified. Social Yachts solves that at the source: a review can only come from a completed, confirmed booking, and each booking produces exactly one review.
The operator cannot delete a review; they can reply, or raise a complaint if a rule has been broken. The decision to hide a review goes through an independent review step. The average rating is calculated only from verified, active and unhidden reviews.
The review form opens only for tours whose end date has passed.
