1. Membership
Membership begins when a panel account is created. Keeping account credentials confidential is the user’s responsibility.
2. User Obligations
- Not sharing account credentials with third parties
- Being responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system
- Complying with legislation when processing guest and staff data
3. Data Ownership
Operational data entered into the system by the company belongs to the company. On termination of the subscription, export of the data may be requested.
4. Suspension and Termination
An account may be suspended in the event of breach of this agreement. On termination, data retention and destruction processes are carried out in accordance with legislation.
