Yachtio Concierge is the digital guide where a guest finds what they need during the tour without asking the crew. The QR code on board is scanned and an area specific to that guest's booking opens in the browser — no app download required.
The route and stops, the technical details of the boat and the refreshment menu appear in this area. The guest sends a request from here; it lands in the panel and the crew takes it on.
When the tour ends, the review form opens in the same area — a review can only come from a completed booking.
